Quality Mexican Hass Avocado is carefully selected in its most optimal
maturation state.
Pressing
Process:
The skin (peel) and pit (bone) are
removed remaining only the pulp (flesh). Afterwards, the product is put
under cold pressing. This mechanic method is supervised under a strict
control of temperature.
The cold pressing process we use assures a high quality giving the oil the
required texture and flavor in order to satisfy the best taste. During our
refinement, no chemicals are used... the process is 100% NATURAL.
The oil extraction process is held under the strictest norms of quality in
order to guarantee a constant quality of our product.

This process eliminates the obscure color of crude oil turning it
crystalline, and eliminates the possibility of a waxt consistency that is
commonly presented in places with cold climate. THe oil is kept in big
tanks at 0ºC, and the polyunsaturated part is solidified for 12 hours
while the average time in other factories is of 5 hours. |
