Salad with tofu and tomato

Ingredients for 2 servings: 1 tofu, 2 small tomatoes, some lettuce, 3 teaspoonful Avo-oil, 1 teaspoonful squeezed lemon

1.       Cut the tofu and tomatoes into small pieces.

2.       Arrange them with lettuce and season them with Avo-oil and lemon.

 

 

 

Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients for 4:  4 pieces of French bread, 1 tomato, 3-4 basil leaves, 1 clove of garlic, 3 tablespoonful Avo-oil, 1 tablespoonful parmesan cheese, some salt and pepper.

1.       Dice the peeled tomatoes and mince the basil leaves and garlic.

2.       Combine that with parmesan cheese, Avo-oil, salt and pepper, and refrigerate them.

3.       Toast the bread and put garlic on it.

4.       Put the refrigerated combination of parmesan cheese and Avo-Oil on the toasted bread.

 

 

 

Spaghetti Peperontino

Ingredients for 2 servings: 200g of spaghetti, 1 red pepper, 3 cloves of garlic, 4 tablespoonful Avo-oil, some salt and pepper.

1.       Cook spaghetti with salted boiled water.

2.       Put Avo-oil and garlic in a frying pan, over high flame.

3.       Drain the spaghetti off and put it in the frying pan.

4.       Add a little Avo- oil again.

 

 

 

Shrimp Pilaf

Ingredients for 3-4 servings:  300g of rice, 10 shrimps, ¼ onion, 1/3 carrot, 2 tablespoonful Avo-oil, 1 piece of solid bouillon,  salt and pepper

1.       Mince the onion and the carrot. Peel and devein the shrimps.

2.       Put a tablespoonful Avo-oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the vegetables.

3.       Add more Avo-oil, put the shrimps and toss salt and pepper.

4.       Put the rice and solid bouillon.

5.       Cook the rice for 30 minutes.

 

 

 

 

Salmon Carpaccio

Ingredients: 10 pieces of smoked salmon, one teaspoonful squeezed lemon, some Krazy mixed-up salt, 1 tablespoonful Avo-oil.

1.       Cut the salmon and arrange the pieces on a plate.

2.       Put the lemon and Krazy mixed-up salt on them.

3.       Garnish them with Avo-oil.

 

 

Caprese Salad

Ingredients for 2 servings: 80g of mozzarella cheese, 2 tomatoes, 20g of leaves of arugula, 2 salted olive berries, 4 basil leaves

(Dressing) 1 teaspoonful Avo-oil, one teaspoonful sweet sake, one teaspoonful lemon juice, some pepper

 

1.       Mince basil leaves and combine them with the ingredients of the dressing.

2.       Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.

3.       Tear the basil leaves into small pieces.

4.       Cut olive berries in round slices.

5.       Put the dressing over everything.
